Excellent location, liked having all home comforts including DVDs.
As we have now purchased an apartment on Roda, we would be more than happy to recommend yours if we are unable to fulfil any dates.

#8 The apartment is superbly equipped! The washing machine was very useful - a dishwasher would be nice too.
We especially appreciated the aprons! If we return to Roda, we'll definitely stay here again.

#7 The apartment is light and airy and one of the best features is the HUGH balcony . . . . Lovely for a meal in the evenings or lying reading a book in the afternoons.
The bathrooms are lovely and spacious and the secure underground car park is a major bonus.
I'll definitely be back !

#5 We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We were particularly impressed with how quiet the pool area was considering we visited in high season. We were also pleased with the security of the apartment and the complex in general.
We decided to hire a car after walking to the beach on our first day and deciding it was a bit far to walk for just a couple of hours. This also made it easier when eating out each evening.

#4 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment was spacious and well presented. There was good information provided in the visitors pack and the idea of the 'welcome pack' with some general amenities in was excellent. The pool outside the apartment was clean and relatively quiet in the daytime to enjoy the sun.
The local supermarket is 10/15 minutes walk away and the local bars and restaurants a further 5 minutes away by foot, where there are some good eating places to enjoy all different types of food.
We played 5 rounds of golf over 2 weeks and enjoyed the difficulty of some aspects of the course (look out for special deals on green fees). The clubhouse is brand new and is very nice to relax in after your round of golf.
Overall, we would definitely stay in this resort/apartment again. When we hope that there may be a local convenience store built on site by that time.

#3 The apartment was very good and provided everything we needed. The welcome pack and food ordering service is a real benefit and avoids you having to rush out within hours of arrival.
The complex is well kept and the pool area is a nice spot to spend an afternoon.
Everything in the general area is a bit of a trek and I would say that a car is a necessity.
The beaches and sea are very good and clean and suitable for families.
All in all we enjoyed the holiday and it was good experience of private renting considering we haven't done it before and we would certainly consider this type of arrangement again. It was certainly helped by you and your husbands hospitality and the assistance you gave us throughout.
I would certainly recommend you to others looking for this type of holiday.

#1 Just a quick note to say what a nice time we had while staying in your apartment. The apartment was well presented with all the facilities we needed to feed & entertain ourselves (we all learnt some new card games & played quite a few games of dominos). Plus the selection of CDs and DVDs kept us all happy.
We felt that for a young family like ours this was a really good time of year to go.
The weather was warm, but not too hot, with a fairly constant cooling breeze.
With temperatures around 22c, it was a nice change from the UK rain!
The Pool was a nice size & at this time of the year almost exclusively our own.
The area around the pools was kept clean & tidy, with the grass being mown regularly.
The beaches were all clean & raked over each day. Again at this time of year we could park within 20m of the local beach & the beach bars were open but not crowded. The Mar Menor was surprisingly shallow, making it safe for children to play, I only got out of my depth once when we hired a pedalo with water slide on it.
A car is definitely needed, in our opinion, the beach is too far to walk to with children & even without unless you have a particular fondness for walking (most golfers seem happy to walk around a golf course, but walking anywhere else is usually out of the question!!).
We hope you do well in letting your apartment. The Welcome Pack and Personal Shopping service was a real boon. It was great to have you buy things for us to make our first few days easier.
