We have had a great holiday. the apartment is brillinat - providing all that we needed. Mike & Bev have thought of everything - right down to pool play things for Molly. Thank You. We were very impressed with Bev & Mike's service. From the efficient and friendly way they dealt with our booking, to our friendly welcome to the apartemnt. The accommodation was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The apartment comes with almost everything you could think of - beach towels, bucket and spade, deck chairs; even a washingh machine! Would recommend this apartment to friends and family seeking a quiet break in thde sun! | ||||

It is an absolutely beautiful apartment. Just like home, nothing is missing. It is a very clean and beautiful residence. Quiet, secure, well maintained. The only regret is that the exterior corridor and lift are not cleaned often enough. "I had to clean dog pee out of the lift". I reported this to reception but nobody came. Shame but it does not reflect on the apartment. Tableware, bedding, everything is very good. Perfect. We will return. Translated (with some help from Google) - any corrections gratefully accepted! C'est un appartement absolutement magnifique. Comme á la maison, il ne manque rien. C'est tres propre et c'est une residence superbe. Calme, securísée, bien entretenu. Le seul regret c'est le nettoyage exterior des couloir et ascenseur qui ne sort pas nettoyes régulièrement. "J'ai eté obligé de laver l'ascenseur cause pour de pipi de chien". Je l'ai signalé a l'accueil mais personne n'est venue. Dommage mais cela ne remet pas en cause l'appartement. Vaisselle, literie tout est tres bien. Parfait. On reviendra. | ||||

Bev & Mike are very helpful and the apartment is equipped with everything that we needed during our stay (apart from a Bar-B-Que). One small problem that we had with the shower screen was sorted out as quickly as possible. We will definitely be suggesting the apartment to friends/family that are looking for a reasonably priced apartment in nice surroundings. | ||||

We have found our holiday to be very relaxing and eveything you need is supplied in the apartment. Bev & Mike have truly thought of everything to make our holiday special. We said 18 months ago we would be back! We ARE back and again had a great holiday and hope to return again next year. Thanks Bev & Mike, felt even more at home this year and the apartment keeps getting better! You have thought of everything for people to have a lovely relaxing holiday, its really appreciated. Even better than last time - with the extras of beach towel included and welcome pack it made life a lot easier for us. Thanks again, See you soon .... A very comfortable apartment, extremely well equipped. The owners, Mike and Bev, were very welcoming, and most efficient in their organisation of the apartment and its facilities. The ‘welcome pack’ of groceries which they had arranged for us was much appreciated, as we had an evening arrival. While the two gents in our group played golf at the Roda course during the day, the lady in the group enjoyed the sunshine on the excellent balcony. We rated the Roda course as very fine indeed, and the discount available as apartment occupants was a bonus. It is also worth looking out for special promotional golf offers at Roda, as the discount applies to these also. We found that the Clubhouse bar restaurant offered good value meals and snacks. There were other good restaurants in Los Alcazares about 6 minutes drive away, and many are listed in the comprehensive visitors’ guide book which Bev and Mike have prepared. Other nice features included the underground car park for our hired car, and (although we didn’t need to use them) the air conditioning and central heating systems in the apartment. We can thoroughly recommend Bev and Mike and their comfortable apartment to anyone who is looking for a golfing and/or relaxing holiday in Murcia. | ||||

The apartment is fantastically well equipped with things you wouldnt think of. Very comfortable and homely. Great balcony - so spacious! If you want a beach holiday then the complex is too far from the beach if you don't want to hire a car (expensive for just driving the the beach in). If you want to get out and about then its fine. The apartment is everything you could hope for and more but we would like to move it 5 minutes nearer to the beach! Los Alcazares is lovely and the beach and promenade were both very clean. Our son loved the beach and surrounding play parks - perfect area for young children. Lots of great, reasonably priced restaurants and bars. We had a great time and will definately return to the area. We were caught up in the Icelandic Volcano distruptions and cannot thank Bev and Mike enough for everyting they did to help us during the situation. They allowed us to stay the extra days required in the apartment and made several telephone calls to the airline on our behalf. If you rent this apartment you will receive a warm welcome and will feel that you have been cared about. Nothing is too much trouble at all. Thank you Bev and Mike. Alison & Andrew's holiday was extended by 5 days due to the Icelandic volcano! | ||||

Very convienent to airport, golf, beach, and shops. Good value. Very clean and well equiped. Would recommend the apartment to anyone. I had guests over to stay and there was plenty of bed linen, and an extra fold-away bed. Apartment can sleep up to 5 with the extra camp bed. | ||||
